In terms of price, this fiber optic cleaver beats them all! The LYNX Precision Fiber Optic Cleaver provides the clean, accurate cleaves that are essential for fiber optic fusion splicing.

You will find that the LYNX Precision Fiber Optic Cleaver is also ideal for preparing optical fiber for quick-term fiber optic connectors such as Bobtails, UNICAMs and so forth.

This Precision Fiber Optic Cleaver features a cleave angle of 90 degrees +- 0.5 degrees. Its 16-position blade provides you with approximately 48,000 cleaves and the unit features a built-in fiber waste receptacle.

LYNX cleaves single optical fibers (250-900μm). You can use LYNX Precision Fiber Optic Cleaver alone or mounted to an optional Work Tray that includes a goose neck LED. You can also use the tray as a work platform for the FIB Bobtail™ Fiber Optic Connector Holder.
